Hurricane Chris Early Life & Personal Life

Dooley Jr. was a member of the Hoover 19 Family Park Bloods, commonly known as the one nine Bloods, and grew up in Shreveport. On June 19, 2020, Hurricane Chris was detained in Shreveport on suspicion of second-degree murder. Early in the morning, police had reacted to a complaint of gunfire at a gas station.
